The Role

We are looking for a Junior Consultant,with corporate and consumer pr experience to join our team in The Hague. You will be a confident initiator who likes to take the lead in strategy development and campaign execution.

In this role you will be involved in developing high-level campaigns and projects, as well as drafting well-thought-out communication proposals and implementing them together with your colleagues. Working at BCW means working with national and international clients in a highly international environment.

What you’ll do as you move with us:

• influencer marketing: you will identify the right influencers, using specific tools developed by BCW.
• develop campaigns where you know how to make the connection between the clients’ wishes and goals and the influencer’s capabilities.
• write easily and fluently and contribute to the development of press releases, briefing documents, blogs, media strategies, influencer briefs, advisory reports, and client presentations.
• event management: you understand what it takes to make a (press) event a success, arranging logistics, mailings, venues, and product mail-outs.
• campaign execution: you work together with colleagues in the Netherlands and internationally on various campaigns.
• monitoring budgets
• you have a keen news sense, following trending news stories closely and translating them into opportunities for clients.

Experience that contributes to your success:

• experience in an agency setting is desirable but not essential.
• media relations: you have an excellent knowledge of the online and offline media landscape.
• quality standards: you work accurately and securely and have an eye for detail.
