Our Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) team help financial institutions to improve commercial and operational performance. We reimagine how organisations operate to deliver for their customers, employees, and wider stakeholders. This may be by examining and reimagining operating models, complying with new (sustainability) regulations, implementing new ways of working, new technologies, or delivering digital transformation.
As a Manager you drive our projects, lead our teams and coach our talents. You want to grow, make an impact, get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. You use your knowledge, insights, creativity and leadership to inspire people and work with our clients in co-creation. You make a significant contribution to the growth of the team and play a pivotal role in shaping our service offerings.

What we look for in a Manager Banking & Capital Markets
- Brings an entrepreneurial mindset to support the continuous growth and development of the team, effective delivery of projects and revenue generation.

What we will look for in your CV
- 8+ years’ practical experience or professional activity in banking or consulting.
- Innovative spirit and strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Track record of delivering transformation projects for banking & capital markets.
- Team leadership and people development experience
- Continuous professional growth and development.
