Role Description Car Fleet Team – Netherlands
The team is composed of 3 people for the operational management of 1,300 vehicles in Netherlands.
The team manage Car Fleet activities through various fleet management tools, and use a shared mailbox.
All messages from employees, leasing companies or internal services RH, Payroll are received inside this mailbox.
The team split messages by category and subject.
Everyone is responsible for their own category but must also be able to provide back-up in case of vacations or absences of any tasks.
All team member are in contact of our suppliers and assist to regular meetings.
Shared mailbox management
- Answer to all questions of employees according to our Car Policy.
Car Ordering
- Manage Car order with our FleetWave tool and “Car Configurator”
- Check of orders according to our Car Policy
- Adjustments of car contracts
- Reminder to leasing companies
Charge Station Ordering
- Order with our provider
- Follow up the signature of the order
Public Transportation
- Manage public transportation based on employees request
Skills

Background of 3 years will be appreciated, and specially in Car Fleet activities/Mobility.
