SAP Project Manager Permanent Contract Part Time

Location: Amsterdam NL.
Work onsite position: Hybrid – depends on customer requirements but 2-3 days is normal these days.

For our SAP practice, we are happy to say that we are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager! In this exciting job you will be giving highly qualified advice to our global customers in their strategic direction development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead national or international projects, subprojects including the technical coordination of heterogeneous teams and the mentoring of junior consultants
• Establish strong collaboration with internal and external contacts at management level as well as offshore liaison officers
• Act as a technical owner of the IT/SAP solutions in the area/areas of responsibility
• Develop and implement activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, priorities and requirements through implementation
• Proactively monitor, handle and report on execution of deliverables
• Lead several projects in parallel (multi-project management)
• Vendor coordination during projects execution
• Work proactively with customers and handle relationships with stakeholders
• Establish a working atmosphere as part of the project delivery process, which supports teamwork and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• University degree in the field of IT, business administration, business informatics, computer science or comparable
• Highly experienced with SAP implementations and business transformation programs
• Proven understanding of Supply Chain processes and Financial processes preferably in the Public Sector & Defense
• Preferably experienced in Implementation and migration to SAP S/4 Hana as well as fit to standard approaches
• At least 4 full life cycle SAP projects preferably in SAP S/4HANA
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge with SAP
• Outstanding knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with SAP PM Activate certification
• Confirmed project management skills, knowledge and experience with new technology projects, (PMP PMI certificate is considered as an advantage)
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent Dutch communication skills and fluency in English
