We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Field Marketing Manager (DACH, Benelux, Nordics) to join our team in our central Munich or Amsterdam office. If project management skills, hands on sales or partner support, event management experience, and a passion for technology & digital experience are all on your list, this is THE role for you. This is a unique role where you’ll work very closely with our Sales & Partner Sales colleagues to drive the pipeline for our SaaS business. You will be part of the Europe Central & North Marketing & Comms team with 6 people. This position could be operated out of our Munich and Amsterdam offices.
The position is structured as follows:
Account based marketing (ABM)
Generate growth by focusing on strategic accounts through marketing campaigns based on Contentsquare’s strategic/target accounts in DACH, Benelux and Nordics
Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns based on these accounts incl. dedicated landing pages, emails etc. to drive the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the local Partner Sales Managers to identify and execute Partner Marketing activities (joint campaign and content development, joint events and webinars, sponsoring of events, etc.)
Run projects and campaigns, such as vertical specific webinars, localization of global campaigns, etc…
Work hand in hand with other members of the Marketing team (content manager, event manager, digital manager…) and in coordination with the sales and SDR teams.
Minimum 3 years of work experience within a relevant field or similar position
Comfortable taking on sales pipeline targets and seeking fruitful collaboration with (Senior) Sales and Partner Sales colleagues.
A project manager with an understanding of how to handle the priorities of multiple stakeholders
A creative problem solver who is not afraid to try new things and to engage a wide audience
Excellent time management and organization skills with strong attention to detail
Able to adapt to a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Ability to quickly ramp up on different tools: Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom, Monday
You speak and write fluent in English & German – Dutch would be an advantage
