This encompasses proficient sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates, coupled with market expertise to adeptly navigate our clients through the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the comprehensive recruitment cycle from initial role briefing to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Cultivate robust partnerships with the business area you support and candidates, aiming for heightened client and candidate satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to devise potent recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse and skilled talent pool within the shortlist.
• Employ all direct sourcing tools and technology at disposal to curate a high-quality candidate shortlist/pipeline.
• Engage in effective communication with clients to discern their needs and propose alternative recruiting solutions when necessary.
• Persistently explore opportunities to augment customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.
• Furnish Hiring Managers with insightful information regarding market conditions, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks to aid informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a full cycle recruitment role, encompassing direct sourcing, screening, assessing/interviewing, and offering candidates, within an in-house, agency, or RPO environment.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a knack for building strong relationships at various organizational levels.
• Highly organized with the capability to delegate certain recruitment process aspects, such as interview scheduling and sourcing, when applicable.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques.
• Effective communication and listening skills that facilitate clear and constructive interactions.
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and prioritizing diverse needs and plans to accommodate a broad spectrum of stakeholders and responsibilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English are essential.
