We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team of passionate problem-solvers, continually innovating to take loyalty to the next level across all industries.
What you’ll do:
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be working with our clients on all aspects of loyalty marketing. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, creative concepts, and highly personalised cross-channel customer journeys.
You’ll be responsible for the management and implementation of loyalty programs and/or marketing campaigns, as well as having an important commercial and project management role in relationship management.
Your goal is to create happy and satisfied customers, and you’ll do that by developing strong expertise in customer loyalty, as well as account and project management.
