To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for an Implementation & Change Specialist.

Your new role

You are the link between the Customer Operations team and the other teams within New10 in the field of changes. You are involved in every change to represent Customer Operations and coordinate the implementation.

• You create involvement in the Customer Operations team by structurally collecting ideas and feedback, involving them, and informing them. You also regularly test your own findings with the team to ensure their usefulness and feasibility
• With the input of the team and your own data-driven findings, you create attention within New10 for common customer and employee problems. You ensure that the best solutions are built for customers and employees and monitor their priority within the annual and quarterly plans.
• You represent customer and employee during the entire development of the change. Including through business requirements, participation in testing and monitoring results after implementation
• Planning and preparation is key. Every change has an impact. It is therefore important that you keep an overview and prepare for the changes. You do this, for example, by making an impact assessment, an implementation plan, a communication plan and all the creative solutions you can think of to implement a change
• You prepare the operational teams within Customer Operations for impending changes that impact our customers or operational processes, involving the right people at the right time
• You provide documentation of ongoing and completed changes in a structured and standardised manner. This starts with the preparation of the change and ends after the evaluation(s) and result measurements.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has..

• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the same or a similar role
• You have demonstrable analytical skills, extensive experience in working with projects and changes
• Process-based working and thinking and applying structure is in your DNA. You are good at separating main and secondary issues
• You are able to translate relevant information from various sources and knowledge into actions for your department
• You have experience in working in a changed environment
• You are fluent in the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing
