WANTED: Program Director for Startupbootcamp’s Accelerator Programs

As Program Director at Startupbootcamp, you will work alongside a team of internationally accredited professionals to direct and execute Startupbootcamp’ Acceleration Programs. SBC is on a mission to drive sustainable solutions for the world’s most pressing problems. Our startup accelerators support ventures that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations. Besides that, SBC executes accelerator programs for corporate organizations with similar ambitions. 

Your mission: Taking the lead and ownership of Accelerator Programs: making sure the participating startups achieve their growth and funding targets and keeping our stakeholders fully committed and engaged.

Your Responsibilities

The Program Director will be responsible for implementing Accelerator Programs, including the following:

  • The pre-, in- and post program (Alumni) phases
  • Recruiting and overseeing the admissions process for startups
  • Accelerating the participating startups, both during and after the program with a focus on achieving funding during or shortly after the program
  • Managing and communicating with partners, investors, mentors and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring the quality of the program delivery: the Accelerator programming and content, organization of all events, program sessions and meetings; internal and external communication, marketing and promotion of the program and the startups.
  • Leading the operations team that deploys the program and engaging other SBC team members with the execution
  • Recruiting experts for program sessions and content
  • Overseeing the program evaluation process
  • Updating business intelligence
  • Preparing monthly (progress) reports
  • Ongoing development and innovation of the accelerator program
  • Developing relationships with the partners/clients and continuation of the partnerships after the program
  • Working with and reporting directly to the Managing Director of Startupbootcamp

  • Very credible and known professional
  • Large network in the Sustainability domain or in CPG, Banking, Mobility or Energy Industry

  • Working with corporate partners/sponsors
  • Knows from personal experiences how startups think, work, problems they encounter
