What you will do:
- Regularly update transactions and enter account entries
- Provide exceptional customer support via calls, and emails
- Process invoices, bills, and reports to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records
- Conduct regular checking to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in financial data
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills (both at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience of working in a finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting entries
- Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
