As part of the delivery team, you will be supporting our customers closely throughout the application lifecycle phases of solutions assessment, design, implementation, deployment and the delivery of Atlassian collaborative tools. You will receive comprehensive onboarding training that covers Atlassian solutions i.e. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc to make you an expert in order to guide customers through the most complex deployments.

  

In this position, you will get an opportunity to rotate to different roles such as project manager and developer. Giving you an understanding of what it’s like to be a PM or develop an app for Atlassian.

 

As an Associate Atlassian Consultant, there will be in a steep learning curve with Valiantys and deliver projects under the supervision of an experienced consultant. 

 

You will have a training program where your goals will be set in the first few weeks giving you a target to work towards.

 

As an Associate Atlassian Consultant, you will be working with the following project types:

 

–       Atlassian instance migrations

–       Upgrading of the tools

–       Implementing business processes

–       Analysing business requirements and providing solutions

–       Providing training

 

 

–       You have studied computer science or you have equivalent education/ work experience.

–       You have delivered small to mid-size technical projects in a previous role.

–       Ideally, you have prior experience in consulting, technical support, software development or pre-sales activity for the Atlassian products or similar collaborative tools. 

–       You do not need development expertise, but your good programming skills will come in handy (Java, Javascript, Groovy).
