Your skills
We are looking for someone who:
– Has a commitment to personal and professional growth
– Fluency in Dutch and English
– Is able to demonstrate leadership ability resulting in customer success
– Has the ability to effectively articulate a recommendation to both executive level decision-makers and key technical influencers
– Has an ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
– You will have delivered mid to large scale technical projects in a previous role
Ideally, you will have had prior experience in consulting or digital transformation using an Agile methodology or pre-sales activity for Atlassian products or similar collaborative tools and also:
– A strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, in particular SAFe framework
– An excellent understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (ALM) and of the tools used to support it
– SPC 5.0 certified and have practiced SAFe framework in their previous organisation
– Tool knowledge of Jira Align would be a bonus
A requirement for the position is to have the flexibility to travel and work onsite at customer as and when a customer may request it.
Key responsibilities of a Senior Consultant
Project Delivery:
– Delivers billable consulting services around the Atlassian products
– Applies project management methodology effectively in a wide variety of situations and adapts methodology to new situations
– Owns and leads the delivery of client projects
– Participates in the full project life cycle, taking ideas from concept through full deployment
– Liaise with customers to kick-off projects, follow their completion and validate delivery
– May be given responsibility as a team coach, leading and mentoring more junior colleagues
Customer Management:
– Develops customer relationship and expectation management skills by independently working with customers
– Communicates effectively with team members both internally and with customers
– Ensures a solid understanding of business objectives associated with projects and/or programs to which he or she is assigned
– Demonstrates influence towards positive outcomes, internally and externally with customers
Consulting Excellence:
– Uses technical competence and implementation experience to develop functional and technical solution skills
– Takes part in the delivery of high-added value projects, such as technical audits, functional audits and advanced software configuration
– Develops an awareness of the competitive landscape including key differentiators and competitive positioning
Collaboration:
– Become our expert in Jira Align
– Help the sales team with technical questions during the pre-sales process
– Share expertise and experience with team members
– Actively participates in internal knowledge-base and blog
Pre-sales:
– Develops relationships with account team and customers in support of sales objectives
– Assists the Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies
– Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding
– Support sales team with the RFP process
– Conducts complex technical demos
– Participate in customer calls
– Assist in the production of proposals
