The Opportunity
You are a future marketing communication expert, with high affinity for marketing content production and looking for an internship to put your creativity and skills into practice? Your interest also lies in recruitment marketing, and you are driven by the desire to assist building strong teams with your impressive communication skills?
The internship in the marketing team at Youwe will give you an opportunity to join a fast-growing digital agency and make an impact on marketing strategy to further encourage company’s and your own growth. You will be taking part in the marketing activities to promote the company, and work closely with various departments in the company – HR, Recruitment, Delivery, Design.
You will make an impact by creating engaging content for various channels to communicate and share the story of Youwe. We are talking variety here – from developing and improving landing pages, to blogs, social media posts and marketing campaigns. We encourage proactivity and initiative taking – if you have creative ideas for employer branding, in cooperation with the marketing team and recruitment you can bring these to life.

What you have
To apply for this role it is important that you qualify for the following:
- You are available for an internship starting Februari 2024 (for 5-6 months), for 36-40 hours per week
- Exceptional writing skills you can’t wait to put into practice through creating content for our website and blog articles
- Experience with social media – from creating creative posts to scheduling them and monitoring their performance
- Strong desire to improve internal communication – you will be working on an internal newsletter and devise ideas to improve our internal communication
- Experience in managing small scale events – organizing meetups and support for external sponsored events will be required
- Keen eye for details and visual content – support in creating visual elements for marketing campaigns
- Fluency in English – your oral and written language is impeccable
- Enthusiasm, proactivity and hands-on mentality

- A compensation of €375 per month for a full-time (40 hours) working week.
